BW Partners, Ltd., a joint venture partnership between Mark Fornes Realty, Inc. and Construction Managers of Ohio, recently purchased 80 acres of land on Byers Road near the new Austin Road Interchange. The land was purchased with the intent of building a state of the art office/industrial park that will serve the south Dayton market for years to come. Construction of the first building is planned to begin in 2012.
